Delete your Pingher account and data

This page lets you permanently delete your Pingher account and all data associated with it. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

How to request deletion

Enter the email address you used to sign up for Pingher in the form below.
Click "Request account deletion". We will send a confirmation link to that email address.
Open the email titled "Confirm your Pingher account deletion" and click the Confirm deletion button within 24 hours.
Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation (most requests are processed within minutes). You'll see a confirmation page in your browser when it's done.

If you cannot access the original email address, please email support@pingher.app from any address and we will verify your identity manually.

Data we delete

Once you confirm deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our servers. This action is irreversible — data cannot be recovered.

Data we are legally required to keep

If you have ever made a purchase, the following anonymised financial records are retained for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention reasons. They do not contain your personal data — only product SKU, amount, currency and date.
